Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
When editing, I like to get my images right in camera. Then after backing up, I do a basic edit (color, lighting, contrast) to every photo that you will get. I also take my personal favorites into photoshop just to add a little punch. These are the photos that you see on my blog/website/facebook and you will get all of these.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Almost with every collection comes a 2nd shooter (1)
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, I try to always keep one wedding per weekend in order to give my all to every client.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
All of my equipment/lighting
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?
All of my collections come with hours.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. If you plan on additional hours before your ceremony it is $285 an hour. If you want more the day of it is $300 an hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
If I work more than 4-5 hours a wedding, I do require a dinner break in my contract. Yes I require that the client provide my 2nd shooter and I a meal. We usually eat whenever the Bride & Groom eat so that we don't miss a thing! :)
Do you charge for travel?
Yes. If the venue is no more than 40 miles away, it is free, if it is more it is $1 a mile.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2-3 months. I usually do a sneak peek on facebook. :)
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
CD's
How long can the client keep the proofs?
As long as they want.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes. The client get the print release, not the copyright. This is for them to print for their own personal benefit.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Digital files of the day
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, with every collection they get a certain amount of free time for online viewing and purchasing.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Flush mount leather albums. They are to DIE for!!!
When will the client get the final album?
After we proof it together, and send it off to the lab, it will take no longer than 12 weeks.
