This unique special event location is nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina on the Highlands/Cashiers Plateau overlooking Lake Glenville. Just 6 miles from the Village of Cashiers, we invite you to experience Sawyer Family Farmsteads unique and welcoming location. Eighty lush acres of rolling hills, breath-taking views of Lake Glenville, fields of Christmas trees, accents of grapevines and blueberry bushes are framed by mountain laurel and rhododendron to make a beautiful setting for any special occasion. Included in our price for the pergola, which is the most popular wedding site is: Natural Wood Padded Chairs (set up and take down), Shepherds Hooks for isle markers, Altar Table, Mountain Laurel Podium, 2 Concrete Planters, Window for decor, 110/15 Amps Electric, Water Hydrant, Small Greeting Tent with Table (if needed), Galvanized Bucket and Ice for Bottled Water (if needed) water is not provided, Parking Area with Attendant, Tractor/Wagon Ride for Guests from the Parking Lot to the top of the site

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? We provide tables and chairs and a few other extras, but linens, flatware, etc would need to be rented at Mountain Party Tents and Events and can be contacted at (828) 743-9030.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? No. We allow you to choose your own vendors. We can give you some recommendations, but you do not need to follow them.
