After our owner Ryan Browne graduated from college with a degree in commercial photography, photojournalism and advertising he immediately set his sights on a career as a professional photographer. After dabbling with fashion photography in Toronto for a few years, He focused (pun intended) his attention on portrait, fashion and product photography. Many years later Rys Designs Photography Inc. has a vast array of clientele consisting of large companies, designers, residential homebuilders, major manufactures, new and upcoming models, new parents, athletes, families, couples and the list goes on. What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Each photographer carries 2 Canon camera bodies with multiple lenses
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? 4 camera bodies between the 2 photographers on site
Do you charge hourly or full day? Full Day
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? $150/hr
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Client is responsible for ensuring the photographer(s) shooting your event receive a meal but do not require long breaks as they can cover off for eachother
Do you charge for travel? Dependant on package purchased, travel required and if lodging would be required
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? maximum 4 weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered? 4X6 or 5X7
How long can the client keep the proofs? Proofs (if requested) are given to the clients to keep
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? All copyrights are given to the clients with package purchase
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes, for advertising purposes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Clients receive a USB of all digital files
Will images be available for viewing online? If requested
What kind of albums do you offer? Coffee Table Albums and Traditional Print Albums
When will the client get the final album? 3-4 weeks after client chooses favorites for Album
