Many options await you as you fine tune the details to make your day perfect. We have 2 ceremony sites to choose from and several different options for dining and dancing set ups. At Rock Springs Ranch you are given the freedom to book your own catering company, and other vendors as well. You also have the choice to use the cabins or not, either way, you have exclusive use of the ranch.

Rock Springs Ranch is a very unique location. It is an exclusive and private ranch, nestled in a quite valley and surrounded by tall timber. Our lodge and patio area overlook a beautiful pond and majestic boulders, while our cabins are tucked away for guests to use after a fun filled reception.

Rock Springs Ranch determines the cost of space based upon the number of guests and the length of use.

Exclusive use of the ranch with private cabins for guests to stay in.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Yes, if clients want to rent the lodge and host their rehearsal dinner the night before their ceremony, that is an option.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We have twinkle lights hung from the trees, above the patio area for dancing. We also have 2 large easels available, as well as 11 sheppard hooks to line the aisle.

One venue coordinator per wedding, along with all other vendors hired for the event.

No, we do not require that our clients use certain vendors.

Yes, we offer 7 cabins with 31 rooms to rented in addition to the lodge and surrounding patio and deck area.

Yes, but we require that they hire a licensed and insured bartender to serve for their event.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
We have an ample number of outlets throughout the lodge and outside as well.

Any hanging items must be hung by the venue coordinator. Please no staples in any wood furniture or walls.
