Randall Brooks has been a disc jockey for over twenty five years and has an excellent success rate with all event types.
Married 27 years to Sherri, she can vouch for the effort he puts forth to be able to say he has never cancelled a performance.
Randall first started spinning lp's in the late seventies for friends and soon realized he had a passion to be an effective and efficient entertainer. Soon, he had a library spanning Big Band to Pop.
By the early 80's, cassette tapes were the industry leader. With an average of 15 tunes per cassette it took an extra effort to fast forward to your chosen tune, eject the cassette, and roll it back one turn with your pinkey finger.
During that same time, compact discs were being introduced
and most dj's, including Randall, were spending all profit to
have this "cutting edge" sound.
Fast forward twenty years and mp3 files have made that "cutting edge" technology almost obsolete.
Rave on Wave now play mp3"s from a library of 60,000
Dylan is a senior at Sevier Co. High and has been a "disc jockey in training" for four years.
When just a few years old, he would memorize songs of all genres and never ceased to amaze established disc jockeys at his depth in music recognition.
At seventeen years of age, he has been performing school functions and parties for over four years and will be seasoned and ready for wedding receptions and in depth emcee venues soon.
Dylan is the son of Randall and Sherri and the nephew of another area disc jockey, Larry Wayne Brooks
