Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Describe your DJ style: Premier Sound prides itself on using top notch DJ talent. All of our DJ's have their own unique style and philosophy toward their craft. We can match you with a DJ and MC that fit's your style and personality. We ask a lot of questions during our consultation with prospective clients' so we can get a feel for what they are looking for in a DJ and then exceed their expectations.
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested? We are very easy to work with. We promise! At Premier Sound our clients get their own online personalized planning site to custom tailor their music requests for the reception. As our clients you have as much say in the music as you like, however our experience is it's best to request your "Must Plays" while leaving some flexibility for the DJ to respond to the mood of the guests and action on the dance floor.
What is your usual attire? We deal on the professional level so our clients get professional results. A black tuxedo is standard attire for wedding receptions. At our clients request we can wear a suit or even dress to mix in with any reception theme you may be having (Disco anyone?).
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it? When it comes to planning your reception you will not find a DJ company more receptive or organized than Premier Sound. We finalize the planning well in advance to assure we have all the special music we need for your event. That means purchasing a song we will need for your wedding in the rare instance it is not already in our music library.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for? For wedding receptions, our DJ packages start with a minimum of 4 hours.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events? Serving the Buffalo and WNY market the majority of our wedding business is traditional American receptions although many of our DJ have extensive experience with Hindu, Greek, Lebanese, Arabic, Hispanic, Latin, Jewish and Italian wedding customs and music. Call us for more specific information.
Can the client submit a do-not-play list? As part of the planning process our clients have the opportunity to put together a "Do Not Play" and "Must Play" list using their online reception and music planner.
Do you bring your own equipment? Yes. Premier Sound has sound and lighting equipment that can be catered to any reception venue in WNY. Not all reception rooms are acoustically the same. We custom tailor a sound package that will be just right for your reception room and the number of guests you will be expecting.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? Premier Sound DJs has a variety of Dance Floor and Uplighting packages as well as Photo Booths and Flat-Screen rentals available for your event.
