Description: With hundreds of bookings and unanimous excellent customer reviews, and averaging over 100 performances a year in the DC area, Potomac Jazz Project is one of the DC area's most popular groups. We specialize in swing, jazz, and bossa novas. In addition to weddings and private events, we have appeared at venues like The Smithsonian and The Kennedy Center, as well as local popular jazz clubs. We can customize the group for your tastes and needs; whether you need a classical guitarist for the ceremony, a jazz or swing duo or trio for your cocktail hour and dinner, or a swinging quartet or quintet with vocalist for the reception, we can take care of it all. We take pride in our expertise in tailoring our ensemble to your event! The singers we work with are all among DC's best, including Lena Seikaly, Karen Gray, and Sara Jones. References are available upon request and many of our clients have agreed to chat by email if you wish! Visit our web site www.potomacjazz.com and to seedates of our upcoming public appearances or email stanhamrick@gmail.com or call 703-966-9677 for samples, quotes, or ideas.
