How much time do you usually need for setup?
Depending on the size and instrumentation of the musical group, but usually an hour.
How much space do you usually require?
Depending on the size of the musical group, from 10' x 8' for solo musician to 15' x 25' for 15-pc band.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
Not at private functions
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?
Yes, we customize, depending on how much emcee-ing the client wants.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
Try different tempo's and see where we get a response.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We ask for food to be provided on gigs 4-hours and longer
Do you play recorded music during your break?
Yes, unless it is requested that we don't
If one or more of the band members is unable to attend, what is your backup plan?
We have several musicians for any of the groups, and we have always been able to cover any unexpected absence by a musician.
What is your overtime rate?
Usually $75-$100 p/person p/hour, flexible depending on instrument and total picture.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Yes, outside of Indianapolis area. Currently, $.50 mile, but depends on number of musicians and number of vehicles required. It's adjusted often, according to current gasoline prices. $10 p/person p/hour travel time outside of Indianapolis area.
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
$100.00 on the average.

Depending, if Piano is furnished - none. If we bring piano and amplication: 30-minutes.
