Description: I believe real life is worth documenting and celebrating. Time moves faster than ever, few things ever slow us down allowing us to relive a moment like the power of a photograph. Once all the dust has settled from your wedding day, the gifts are opened, the dress is tucked away in a closet, when everyday life returns, it's the photographs and images that allow you to be in that moment again, to remember the raw emotion, and relive it over and over, the smiles, laughter, love... I believe I am real, that I bring all of myself into my images, I make a commitment to all the couples I work with to be part of their day, to have fun and to provide them with amazing imagery to remember those moments. It is an honor to photograph a wedding, to document the start of a new chapter in your story. I am a mom, wife, friend, sister, daughter... I am a photographer, a storyteller, a lover of light, people, relationships and moments. I wear my heart on my sleeve. Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? I provide a variety of digitally enhanced photos, every photo that is presented to clients is reviewed and individually enhanced as needed, plus additional images are presented in black and white and other artistic enhancements.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? I have experience with all different types of lighting. As a photographer being able to adapt to the situation is essential.
Is your media preference film or digital? Digital
How many photographers do you work with? I have a group of local photographers that assist as needed for additional shooters during weddings.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? 100% it is always me as the main shooter at any event I do.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? I never book more than one wedding on a single weekend. I limit my weddings monthly to provide the best one on one service to my clients.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes, should an act of God or something completely unforseen occur I always have a second photographer available.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? 2 professional camera's, flashes, back up equipment and variety of professional lenses.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes, 100% of the time
Do you charge hourly or full day? All my collections are built in partnership with my clients, I am able to provide exactly what each couple is looking for. I do have a 4 hour coverage minimum. If you are looking for less than 4 hours, please contact me directly for custom quotes.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? I provide a 30 minute 'lee way' after that time frame, I will make certain my client would like me to stay past the contracted time. Additional time is billed at $200 per hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Depending on the time of the wedding, I may request a 'vendor meal' however, I do bring my own snacks in case time is limited.
Do you charge for travel? Local to my region there is no travel fee. Weddings further than 50 miles one way do require travel expenses to be covered - quotes are available.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Within 10 business days all images being presented will be available for viewing on an online password protected gallery.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? Website - password protected
How long can the client keep the proofs? On line proofs are available for 60 days
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Yes, however, all collections include digital files and personal use copyright release.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? With the couples permission yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? All collections include both a proof magazine and high resolution digital files for clients.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes
What kind of albums do you offer? I offer a wide variety of albums including, flush mount, linear and hinged book. When meeting with all clients they are able to view samples of each type of book.
When will the client get the final album? Once the final book is approved by the client and goes to print, it is delivered within 45 days of ordering time
