We have set out to create a unique atmosphere blending classical Mediterranean and Belgian cuisine with a Chesapeake Bay flair using local, sustainable, and/or organic ingredients. The menu is paired with a global wine selection of old world styles and new world varietals, all in a contemporary yet quaint setting.
Chef and Owner, Jon Kohler has a degree from Johnson & Wales University and has extensive food and wine knowledge honed by his many years perfecting his craft in Maryland and as a manager of a major fine wine distributor.
