Yes, we make all announcements from the introduction to the departure.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
We interact with the audience. With our client's approval, we can lead group dances to break the ice.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We take a 10 minute break per hour. During that time, our DJ/emcee takes over so the music and fun never stop!

Yes.

We have a large team with many professional backup players.
What is your overtime rate?
Our rate covers 4 hours of music. Overtime rates depend on the size of the band.
