Our wedding consultants provide extraordinary personal service and an attention to detail that ensures everything goes as planned. Omni Hotels commitment to sophistication, grandeur, property renovation and restoration solidified the Omni Severin Hotels position as being one of only three downtown hotels with the prestigious AAA 4-Diamond rating. In 2001, to the Omni Severin Hotel invested over $6 million to complete a stunning renovation of its guestrooms; including crown molding in all rooms. Most recently, meeting and public spaces were transformed in a $1.5 million renovation including the replacement of three breath-taking blue crystal chandeliers in the historic Severin Ballroom. How does your venue determine the cost of the space? We base our fees on a food and beverage minimum depending on the ballroom the couple has chosen, the time of year and day of the week.
Do you offer any special services? We are a AAA Four-Diamond property. We offer an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service and attention to detail.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners? Yes, we consider rehearasal dinner as important as the big day. Therefore, we offer the same exceptional services for rehearsal dinners as we do for wedding receptions and ceremonies. If you book your wedding reception here, we offer a discount on your rehearsal dinner.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? The Severin Ballroom's architectural elegance leaves little need for additional decor. We provide a unity candle table as well as white chai r covers with sashes for the ceremony chairs.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? Yes. Our tables, chairs, chair covers with colored sashes, mirrors, votive candles, silverware, china and glassware are all complimentary. We also do not charge for the use of our dance floor.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio? Generally for weddings we have one server per two guest tables. The head table will have its own dedicated server.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? No. We offer a list of recommended wedding professionals to our brides to help them in the planning process, however we do not require they use the professionals on our list.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? No, we have a grand piano that you are welcome to use for no additional charge, but we do not have musicians on staff. We are always willing to help our clients find the desired musicians they need.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? Yes, we allow our bride and grooms to use our boardrooms adjacent to the ballroom to get ready, relax away from the guests and wait for their event to begin.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired? No.
How many power outlets does the venue have? We can provide the necessary power for any event.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations? We do not allow anything, except for real flower petals, to be sprinkled on the tables.

Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time? Yes. We have two ballrooms, the Severin and the Fisher. The Severin Ballroom, our most popular, is located on our first level. The Fisher Ballroom, a more contemporary choice, is located overlooking our beautiful lobby area.

Can you provide a coat check? Yes, our coat check is provided at no additional cost for all our weddings.
Describe your bathroom facilities: Public restrooms are located on the Lobby level as well as the Mezzanine. The Lobby restrooms will have a VIP restroom attendant should the bride and groom wish.
Describe your parking facilities: We offer valet parking and we are connected to the Circle Centre Mall parking garage via sky walk. There are also several parking garages that are within walking distance of our hotel.
