Description: My Wedding Violinist is Steven Campbell, a native of New York and currently serving the Hampton Roads, Virginia community with his musical talent. He holds a B.M in Music Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia. For over the past twenty years, Steven has been playing his violin to entertain people. Steven has studied under the world renowned Janet Sung, Maureen Yuen, Michael Emmry, and Stephanie Park. Steven has developed an extensive amount of performance experience over the years performing with the SUNY Fredonia Symphony, The Dover Symphony, The College of St. Rose Chamber Orchestra, and countless trios and quartets. He is currently the Director of Orchestras at a public school in Chesapeake, Virginia. Steven has performed in a wide variety of locations including historic churches, sprawling golf courses, sandy beaches, fragrant gardens, and even in a hot air balloon 200 feet above the ground.

What is your usual attire? My Wedding Violinist typically wears a standard tuxedo or suit for a ceremony, however, Mr. Campbell is happy to wear a kilt tuxedo, black and white linen outfit for beach weddings, or even a shirt and tie to compliment your color scheme. (No additional fees)
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs? When clients decide they are interested, they meet with Mr. Campbell where he then helps guide couples through the song selection process by performing much of his repertoire. Mr. Campbell takes great time to make sure every client feels comfortable with their music selections. Even if a couple decides to choose a different piece of music just days before the wedding, Mr. Campbell is happy to accomidate the musical changes at no extra cost.
How much time do you usually need for setup? My Wedding Violinist has minimal equiptment to set up, however Mr. Campbell likes to show up early to set up, tune/warm up, get a good feel for the venue, and speak with the officient, photographer, family, etc to make sure everything is ready.
How much space do you usually require? My Wedding Violinist typically stands through almost all performances and requires about 4sq feet of space.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? My Wedding Violinist does not typically charge a travel fee.
