What items are available for rental? Photo Booth
Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services? Breakdown, Delivery, Setup
Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps? We come with signs and props for your guests but custom packages can be selected. You can use your own props if you prefer.
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items? See the video at www.myflippinparty.com or at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTxaPxRMqJY to see how Flipbooks are made at any event.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items? We book far in advance. Contact us as soon as you pick your venue.
Can the order be modified close to the event date? The order can be changed closer to the event.
What if I need to cancel my order? There is a non-refundable deposit but we can work with clients about selecting a different date or event if cancellations occur.
What are your hours of delivery? We work when you have your party!
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery? We have a 1 hour minimum.
What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items? Clients are responsible for damage to equipment incurred by guests at the event.
