How many photographers do you work with? I bring an assistant to every wedding to assist with holding the reflector, setting up lights and other things that come up during the wedding.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? No
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? I bring 2 digital Nikon Cameras, several lenses, 2 Strobe lights, Flash, reflector, and backup equipment as well.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? I take very short breaks throughout the day when I know I have time and will not miss a special moment.
Do you charge for travel? If I travel further than 1 hour I charge a small fee. Contact me for details.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Typically proofs are completed 3 - 4 weeks after the Wedding.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? I provide High Resolution photos (for Printing) and Low Resolution photos for online sharing on a CD in .JPEG format.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? The Bride and Groom will have copyrights to the photos. I provide a Print Release form.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes, unless the client tells me otherwise.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? I provide High Resolution photos (for Printing) and Low Resolution photos for online sharing on a CD in .JPEG format.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes, all photos will be available online to view on my website.
What kind of albums do you offer? I offer albums upon request by the Bride and Groom.
When will the client get the final album? Four weeks after the Wedding.
