Do you charge for trials?
Yes, I charge for trials for several reasons. It gives me a chance to determine what looks best on you and any special products or techniques I will need to employ for your final look. A trial is a chance for us to play with several looks to make sure we get the best version of you on your portrait or wedding day!
Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)
Airbrush makeup and airbrush tanning, extensions, hair cuts, color, deep conditioning treatments, and specialized beauty consultations.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes, my team and I can travel to your event the day of. If it is outside the Greater Austin Area, on a Sunday or holiday, or if multiple locations are planned, then travel rates may apply.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
My team and I have handled very large parties at times, sometimes up to 15 or 20 people. Larger parties may require more hair and makeup artists on hand, so additional costs may apply for large parties.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, so that there is time to plan for trials, portraits, and to make sure we have time to arrange enough artists to be on hand to handle your bridal party.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $100 deposit for the bride and $25 deposit for each attendant is required to hold the date, and cancellation less than 30 days in advance will result in loss of deposits.
