Description: Why Miss Pamelas? Lets be honest. In our society big girls dont get the same respect and good treatment as our smaller sisters. Everyone from our health-care specialists, to the government, to our parents and friends want us to lose weight. Were not going to argue the point. IBut on one very special day in her life a bride wants to feel stunningly beautiful in front of her family and friends just the way she is. We can do that for you, and well have a wonderful time doing it, filled with laughter and joy as we journey to your perfect wedding gown. Miss Pamela Had a Great Idea (which failed) In 2008 Miss Pamela opened a small re-sale bridal salon with several hundred sample and discontinued dresses in stock, typically size 8-14. Given the economy, it seemed like a good year to have a store which sold discount-price designer wedding dresses. After a year, the Great Idea wasnt working. Miss Pamela Had a Much Better Great Idea The reason the Great Idea didnt work was because 65% of Miss Pamelas bridal customers were plus-size! So& she gave the dresses to charity and opened as Miss Pamelas - a Plus-Size Bridal Salon, featuring brand-new wedding gown samples specially chosen to fit and flatter the bride with killer curves. Miss Pamela Continues Having Great Ideas Next, Miss Pamela surrounded herself with like-minded consultants: sales professionals who know their stuff, listen to you and respect your needs and wishes, and specialize in knowing what styles and dresses will work for your unique body type.
