Description: The Mill Top Banquet and Conference Center is one of the Indianapolis areas most unique event venues. We are located just blocks from downtown Noblesville, Indiana with easy access from Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and even Marion County. Built almost entirely of brick and timber, this beautiful historic building boasts event space that can easily be described as Urban Chic with sophisticated amenities such as optional valet parking, LED lighting, TV monitors and a granite topped built in bar. Not only is there a Bridal Suite for the ladies to get dressed in but there is a Man Cave that will keep all of the men relaxed and happy too. This allows everyone in the bridal party to come to the Mill Top in the morning, get ready, take formal photography throughout our building with fantastic backdrops, have the wedding ceremony here in one room and then move to a second fabulous room for the reception. Beautiful wrought iron and unique architectural details throughout the building will keep your guests fascinated. The Mill Top provides you a warm and inviting backdrop to create your own unique event whether its a themed Bar or Bat Mitzvah celebration, an important business meeting or a wedding reception or ceremony. Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? All tables and banquet chairs are included in your room rental. Linens, Chair Covers, Resin Chairs, Chiavari Chairs, LED Lighting, TV monitors with DVD hookup, MP3 Hookup to a Hi-Def Stereo System, Microphones, etc. are rented through us.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? We require you to select a caterer from our preferred catering list. Anyone else is up to you. We can offer recommendations if you wish.

Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? Six unique rooms to accomiodate everything from getting ready for both sides of the bridal party, the wedding ceremony, cocktails, reception, and even the after party.

Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired? No, we have our own liquor license which requires Mill Top to procure and serve the alcohol.

What restrictions (if any) on decorations? We do allow the use of live flame candles but do require that they are enclosed up to the wick.

If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits? No, we have all the proper permits.

Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time? The only way to ensure that you are the only wedding in the venue is to rent the entire facility.

Do you offer security, if requested? We can provide recommendations for a security service, if requested.

Can you provide a coat check? We can provide a coat check service, if requested.

Describe your bathroom facilities: We have a men's and women's restroom floor on all three floors.

Describe your parking facilities: We have a dedicated lot across the street along with overflow lots around the building, street parking three-quarters of the way around the building and access to a lot of 200. There is a doorman who directs guests to the overflow lots.
