If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it? It is unusual that we would not have or have access to any song, however, if you have a cassette of your Grandfather 40 years ago in a Polka band, you may have to get that for us !!!!
How many other DJs do you work with? We have 8 staff DJ's with many years of experience. We also work closely with other DJ companies in our area & out of state to make sure your event is fully covered with no problems.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for? For a Wedding, Usually 3 hours would be a minimum
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking? Yes, We highly recommend that you meet your DJ before you book if possible.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events? WE have done many in the past & continue to add more & more to our bio including: Bar/Batmitzvahs, Jewish Wedding, Spanish Weddings, Argentine Weddings, Russian Weddings, Polish Weddings - We've also performed at many Ceremonies for these ethnic backrounds
Do you bring your own equipment? Yes, We carry the finest in DJ equipment & most of our systems now feature Digital Mp3 players.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? The newest lighting features including LED Lighting, Bubble, Smoke, Snow, Strobe Lights, Disco Ball
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on? We usually arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before the event to insure that we have enough time to set up, we do ask that the venue set up a table for us.
Do you have any extra space requirements? Usually not, depends on event
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs? We are the "Musical Hosts" for your event & will help to make sure the night goes perfectly, we take care of all the announcements such as introductions & cake cutting, first dance & the like. We do get involved with interaction between songs, however, YOU are the one who will let us know how much interaction you desire.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? It is customary to provide a meal for your vendors, however, it is not required. We ask that if you do provide a meal that you seat us in the room among your guests so that we are not absent from you reception at any time.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks? Music will play from beginning to end of the night, cocktail & Dinner music will be at a lower level to allow for your guests to share in conversation, only if we are having dinner will there be a need for the DJ to be on "Auto Pilot"
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes, we've even covered events for other DJ's who became unavailable ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT !!!!!
