Description: We are a talented and experienced husband-and-wife Lake Tahoe and Reno Wedding Photography team, also serving the greater Northern Nevada and Northern California areas, who fully focus our attention on your entire wedding experience. We know that your wedding is the most important day of your life, and since we will be with you for most of that special day, we go above and beyond to make sure it truly is the best day for you. It is important to us that you enjoy our presence during your wedding day and that when you see your wedding photos for the first time, you will simply be in love with the images we capture. Matt and Jentry: Photographers works as a team, utilizing Matts technical skills and Jentrys artistic background. We are lovers of art and lovers of love. We pride ourselves on our impeccable client service, heirloom quality photographic products, unique design and the experience we create specifically for you. We want the images we capture on your big day to bring life to your home long after your wedding is over  to bring back the smiles, the tears, and uproarious fits of laughter. Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? Yes. We are experienced in both natural and off-camera lighting.
Is your media preference film or digital? We use all digital equipment.
How many photographers do you work with? Matt and Jentry work as a team, so you will always have 2 photographers covering your wedding day.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes, Matt and Jentry will be present at your wedding to work as a team to document your special day.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? No, we never book our services for more than one wedding per weekend. We want to be refreshed and energetic for YOUR wedding alone on your special day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes, in case of emergency, we have relationships with great photographers who could take our place if necessary. We of course would communicate with you and make their portfolios available so you can make a great choice for your backup.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? We bring our cameras of course, an array of professional lenses, all of our on-location lighting equipment, tripods and other accessories we may need to document your day.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes, we have backup digital cameras and bring plenty of extra batteries and other items just in case something malfunctions.
Do you charge hourly or full day? We charge for a full day up to 10 hours. We don't offer partial coverage because we feel it's a disservice to our clients to provide partial coverage. You deserve to have your whole day documented, from pre-ceremony through the reception.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? Yes, after 10 hours, our hourly rate is $250/hr if you wish to have us stay late into the morning for wedding after parties.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? We don't take breaks! You do not have to provide our meals. We bring snacks to eat when we have the opportunity.
Do you charge for travel? We don't charge for travel up to 2 hours away from Reno, NV. Travel fees do apply after that in most cases. We have very fair packages for destination weddings, please ask us for details.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Our standard turnaround time for proof viewing is 3-4 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? We will schedule a viewing session in our home studio, where you, your groom and your whole family (if you like) can come enjoy a glass of wine and view your wedding photos for the first time. After this viewing session, all the edited images are available for viewing in your own personal online gallery forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? We retain the copyright, but a limited copyright release will be provided when digital images are purchased for print reproduction.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? We do, and we love to submit our weddings to online blogs and print magazines. Ask us for details!
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Digital files on several levels (hi-res, web-ready, social media sized) are available for purchase.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes, you get a personal online gallery to initially see the photos and to share with friends and family!
What kind of albums do you offer? We offer several choices for beautiful, luxurious heirloom quality albums with your choice of leather or photo wrapped covers.
When will the client get the final album? Albums take about 2-4 weeks to arrive once ordered.
