What is your staff-to-guest ratio? Small staff of less than five people, we all work together for each event (non-commission).
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? No - we have 'recommended/preferred' vendors, but no mandatory vendors. There is no additional charge incurred to use your own vendor.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? There are no sound restrictions, clients may feel free to bring a DJ / live band / musicians. No additional charge is incurred for this.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? Changing/prep rooms are available at $75 per day, you may rent as many as we have available.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired? Yes.
How many power outlets does the venue have? Multiple in each room, one near each ceremony site as well.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations? No items such as staples, thumbtacks, nails/nail guns may be used to adhere decorations to the wall, only non-permanent and easy-to-remove items may be used (such as pushpins and tape).
What restrictions (if any) on photography? Clients are welcome to take photos in multiple areas throughout the property, we do not have a designated area.

Do you offer security, if requested? We provide security that patrols the grounds, as well as any parties going on, however we do not provide a door person/personal security.
What is your dress code? We typically allow our clients to dictate to their guests how formal or informal they should be. The only mention we make of any dress code is as follows (per our contract), for special "events where a significant portion of attendees are expected to be under 21-years-of-age, center shall enforce an appropriate dress code. Center shall have sole discretion to determine what constitutes proper attires - attendees who do not comply with the dress code after being requested to do so will be asked to leave the premises." Essentially... people should look nice, but it's definitely not mandatory black-tie.
Can you provide a coat check? No.
Describe your bathroom facilities: Five banquet halls have private restrooms, the rest share public restrooms located in two separate areas throughout the facility. If, in the rare occasion that one or both sets of public restrooms are closed (due to facility emergencies or city-related emergencies), we will make every effort to assist guests by redirecting them to A) restrooms in unused banquet halls or B) our marina's private restrooms.
