Description: We are Mollie & Emily of M&E Photo Studio, we specialize in creative wedding storytelling and natural portraiture. With a consistent technical ability and a strong understanding of natural light, our portraiture is powerfully emotional, revealing, and contextually narrative. An emphasis on subtleties of relationships imbue our work with an element of the unexpected. On the fun side, our M&E Photo Booth offers a creative photo booth experience like none other, with personal costuming and hilariously strange pose inspiration, a wonderful (and outrageously flattering) vintage color process, and psychedelic props and toys. M&E Photo Booth is available for events and receptions, Thanksgiving dinners, quincaneras, arctic cruises, and full-moon barn stomps. History Established in 2010 M&E Photo Studio began with the creative collaboration of two friends: Mollie Hull and Emily Lodigensky, both Kansas City photographers with distinct but complimentary visions. A symbiosis of style between us produced a unique vision that continued to evolve as our creative freedom expanded into documentary storytelling via weddings, fashion, and editorial photography. Rooted in Kansas City's Crossroads district but available regionally and nationally, we continue to strengthen and broaden our photographic repertoire and creative expression.

How many photographers do you work with? We shoot all weddings with 2 photographers; Mollie Hull and Emily Lodigensky.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? We only do one wedding on a given date, we shoot the entire day.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? We bring professional-grade cameras, a wide array of lenses, and studio lighting.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes, we each have a back-up camera.
Do you charge hourly or full day? Full day.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? We don't put a time constraint on our weddings, we shoot the entire day.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Yes, we require dinner at the reception, we eat when the bride, groom, and guests eat. During dinner we do not shoot, although we are present in the room if any events do arise.
Do you charge for travel? Yes, all traveling expenses are added as an additional charge for weddings further than 50 miles outside the Kansas City area.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? 3 weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered? digital.
How long can the client keep the proofs? Our clients have access to a personal online proofing gallery for 6 months after viewing their images at the studio.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Yes.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Yes, we offer a full resolution disc of all final images.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes, we provide online viewing galleries for all of our couples.
What kind of albums do you offer? We offer archival, hand-bound wedding albums. We have an extensive list of options for album bindings, page finishes, sizes, and page numbers. All our albums are completely customized and designed by us to best highlight your specific images.
When will the client get the final album? 1 month after ordering.
