Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? Yes, we offer all types of special edits, and we never charge extra.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? We have shot well over 400 weddings so we have experienced almost every type of environment that you could have a wedding in.
How many photographers do you work with? We have two full time photographers
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes, the person you talk with for your consultation will be the same person at your wedding.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? No, all of our packages are unlimited time on your wedding day. When you book with us the day is yours.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes, we are a part of a network of photographers, and we back each other up, in case of emergency.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? We use only professional grade Canon digital cameras.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes, we carry duplicates of all our equipment and we always have 3 camera bodies on hand.
Do you charge hourly or full day? All of our packages are unlimited time.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? Because we are unlimited time you never have to be concerned that you will run out of time.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? As a general rule, we only take a meal break if we are asked to and there is time for it. Some wedding are very fast paced and we simply don't have time. Sometimes we are with the couple for 12 hours and then it is a matter of eating just so we don't pass out.
Do you charge for travel? No, we have no hidden fees of any kind.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Usually, about a week and a half, it has never taken longer than 3 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? Most people prefer their images delivered in .JPG format, But any format is possible if you let us know your needs.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? You can get full print release with your images if you would like.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? You can include the digital negatives with your package if you like.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes, we post all images from your wedding online for about a year after your wedding.
What kind of albums do you offer? We have a full line of flush mount albums.
When will the client get the final album? It usually take about 4 weeks for your album to arrive after you have given final approval on the design.
