A circa 1786 Main House with two piazzas. A grand lawn, bluestone, brick and oyster tabby terraces. A River House with indoor and outdoor spaces. Exquisite guest accommodations. All in an unrivaled, waterfront Lowcountry setting. This is Lowndes Grove. Patrick Properties acquired Lowndes Grove in 2007 and gathered together a team of architects, artisans, landscape and interior designers for an historic renovation. The last great waterfront estate on the Charleston peninsula reopened in March 2008 with its relaxed and refined essence and stunning settings for truly spectacular events.
