Description: We are a husband and wife team, and Bryan and I shoot every wedding and portrait session together. We enjoy getting to know our couples throughout the wedding planning process, and we approach weddings with a fresh style. We like to get everything right in-camera so that theres no need to over-edit your images later. This allows us to provide our brides with wedding pictures that are natural, beautiful, and full of glowing natural light. For weddings and portraits we shoot a combination of digital as well as film for that dreamy and romantic look that you just cant find everywhere. Our most popular 2013 wedding packages range from $2000- 3000. For our full price guide & availability please contact us and include your wedding date and location. Regardless of the hourly coverage amount, all of our packages include the following: " 2 Photographers " High resolution images on disc " Photo release to print & share images at your discretion " Online album for family to proof & order prints " 4x6 Printed proofs in a custom presentation box " Engagement or bridal portrait session (Wedding packages w/ 6 hours and up also include a custom 8"x 8" album with your favorite images) We are currently scheduling consultations in Charleston May 24, 25, 26 and 27. Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? We do use B&W on select images.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? We shoot in all lighting conditions, but our specialty is natural outdoor light.
Is your media preference film or digital? Digital
How many photographers do you work with? My husband & I shoot every wedding and engagement session together.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes. I will always be the primary photographer at every event i schedule.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? We never schedule 2 weddings in one day. Although we can shoot 2 weddings in one weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? I will always be available, but in case of a serious situation I do have a backup photographer.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Digital cameras, lenses, flashes, reflectors, and additional useful tools and backup equipment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Always.
Do you charge hourly or full day? We charge by the hour.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? We do shoot overtime. We like to stay as long as you need us. Our usual hourly rate applies to overtime and will be invoiced post- wedding. There are no additional fees for overtime.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Providing a meal is optional, but preferred. But from the time we arrive to when we leave we consider ourselves on the clock.
Do you charge for travel? We do charge minimal travel fees.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Proofs are available for viewing 4-6 weeks following your event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? Your proofs will be available in digital form on your disc and online proof site, as well as in printed form with the 4x6 prints included in all packages.
How long can the client keep the proofs? Both the disc and prints are your's to keep. The proofs will be online for 6 months.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? We do retain ownership of all of our images, but your disc will include a release form so you can print and email your pictures at your discretion. They are also watermark free.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes. However if we choose to submit them to a magazine or publication, we would always ask permission beforehand.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Yes. A printable disc is standard with every package.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes, the entire wedding will be online for viewing and/or purchase for 6 months.
What kind of albums do you offer? All of our packages consisting of six hours and higher include a beautiful 8x8 silk book with flush mounted spreads.
When will the client get the final album? After you select the images and proof your final album design, you can expect the book to arrive within 4 weeks.
