Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? We can provide or make arrangements for any needs you might have!
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? We can meet all your rental needs in-house, and most items are included in the standard package.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio? It varies depending on the event needs and type of food service. A high level of service is one of our top priorities. Much of your event costs will be for staff to work on the day of your event.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? No, but we will provide a list of suggested vendors who have proven themselves at Loose Mansion events.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? No, but we can recommend many good ones.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? We have two entirely separate venue spaces that are available. They have separate parking, entrances, stairwell, bathrooms, kitchen and staff.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired? Yes! We will provide licensed bartenders to serve and meet all of your non-alcohol beverage and bar needs. This is a BIG savings for our customers!
How many power outlets does the venue have? Too many to possibly count!
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits? None required.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time? You may rent the entire mansion, or we can accommodate two smaller separate groups.
Do you offer security, if requested? Yes, an off-duty police officer is included for all evening events to assist with parking and help ensure your guests and their cars are safe during the evening.
Can you provide a coat check? Yes, or we can self-check coats as well.
Describe your bathroom facilities: We have 12 private restrooms throughout the mansion! Our staff consistently maintains them during events. Finding a restroom in Loose Mansion is never a problem!
Describe your parking facilities: We have more than adequate parking for any event, and it is well-lighted, convenient and free. Valet can be arranged, but is seldom requested.
