What brands do you carry?
As gemologists and jewelry designers, we at Liberty Diamonds strive to provide you with designer-quality jewelry without the designer price tag. We do carry some couture jewelry lines such as Stardust Diamonds, Dora, Coge, and REVV.
Is your jewelry hand crafted?
Many of our fine couture jewelry pieces are indeed handcrafted. True handcrafted jewelry is made without machines and is only wrought with hand tools and the skill of a master craftsman.
Do you offer custom design other than selecting the stone and setting separately?
Absolutely! In fact we specialize in custom designed jewelry. We have a full-time CAD jewelry designer on-premises who will work with you to create the perfect design to fit your tastes. Custom-designed jewelry can be crafted in a wide variety of precious metal choices.
Do you carry customary wedding jewelry such as Claddaghs or Kundan necklaces?
We do not stock customary wedding jewelry, but we have it readily available. We can also custom design a piece of jewelry that incorporates a customary symbol.
Do you offer ring sizing in-house? If yes, how long will an average custom order take, from initial contact to delivery?
Yes, we have a full-time master jeweler on-premises to size rings, set diamonds, repair jewelry, craft custom pieces, and any other jewelry repair necessary. Our shop features a state-of-the-art laser welder for more secure and precise solders and repairs than traditional bench techniques.
From start to finish, most custom jewelry designs take about 3-4 weeks. A client for a custom design will initially sit down with our designer and discuss the specifics of the piece. Then a CAD model of the piece will be created. The CAD model is "printed" into a wax model, which is used to create a mold for the molten metal. The raw casting then goes to our jeweler for detailing, stone setting, and finishing. We involve you at every step of the process, so that you are completely confident in the finished product.
Do you offer stone upgrades if the client purchases their original stone with you?
We love when our clients come back to upgrade a diamond they purchase from us previously, as it is a new chance to celebrate their love for one another and a milestone in their journey together.
