Do you have liability insurance? No
Describe your DJ style: Laid back, We go with the flow while making sure all of the days events are completed in a time that suits your needs.
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested? No limit.
What is your usual attire? Slacks and bowler shirts (Like Charlie Sheen wears on 2 and half men) we like to blend into the background.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it? Our clients can provide us with a flash drive, mp3 player, or iphone with requested songs. should a request come at the event if there is cell phone service we can play the song directly from YouTube or other music sources.
How many other DJs do you work with? We always provide a DJ and an assistant for every event. This ensures the flow of the day goes seamlessly as there is always someone with the music.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for? 1 hour.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking? Yes, While our website is set up to gather all of the required information about your wedding. We have no problems meeting as much as necessary to make you feel comfortable on your big day.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events? We provide some music for these events however it is encouraged for the client to provide the playlist.
Can the client submit a do-not-play list? We will accept a DO NOT PLAY list. We do like to remind our clients to think of the reason for the DO NOT PLAY songs, keeping in mind any one of the songs on the list might be one of their guests favorite songs and is the 2 minutes of making there day more enjoyable really going to ruin your. If it is, then we have no problems not playing that song or songs.
Do you bring your own equipment? Yes including Dance floor lights and wireless mics for the ceremony and toasts.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? Dance floor lights and wireless mics for the ceremony and toasts.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on? 1 hour and we provide our own table and linnen.
Do you have any extra space requirements? No.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events? We have a small wooden sign that we put on our DJ box that has our logo on it. This is visible on our website under the "Sign Pics" button, our past clients have loved taking pictures with it.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs? Yes we Emcee the event. We will talk when necessary but when it comes time to dance, we let the music play we try to be in the background and much as possible, it is after all YOUR day not ours.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing? With music selections and going out to dance as well IE Cupid shuffle, electric slide.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? We do not take breaks. Because there is 2 DJ's at your event there is always someone at the music.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks? We don't take breaks.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? We have multiple DJ's available that are more than capable of handling your event. I have spent many hours training them.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Each of our DJ's are only booked for 1 event per day.
What is your overtime rate? $200/hour if requested after the event starts.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? We do not charge travel to the Lake Tahoe or Carson city area. Travel expenses beyond that are on a case by case basis.
What is the required deposit to secure your services? $150
