How many photographers do you work with?
I recommend having two photographers on your wedding day. Two of My wedding collections come with 2 photographers and you have the option of adding a second photographer to my base collection if you choose.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes! I am always the lead photographer at weddings.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
On your wedding day, you are my only client. I only book one wedding per weekend as well so I am at 100% on your day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes. I have a big network of professional photographers that I can call on if needed. However, I have never missed an event to date.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, absolutely!
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
At 99% of my weddings, the only time I take a small break is during the meal while people are eating. A meal is not required but greatly appreciated!
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4 weeks after your wedding day, if not before.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online proofing
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, Kristina Lynn Photography & Design (KLPD,LLC) retains all copyrights for all images, however high resolution images from your wedding day along with a usage release is available.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
High resolution files can be added to your wedding collection.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes. The first time you will see your images is in your online gallery, where you can view all the images from the comfort of your home. Wedding galleries are online for 30 days to give you plenty of time to choose the portraits you would like to purchase.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer high end photographic albums that are custom designed for each couple. No two are ever the same!
