Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? All of my images are specially stylized to enhance the image, not change or distort it in any way. Only modern techniques are used, so your images will never appear dated or old-fashioned.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? Absolutely! And when necessary, I create my own lighting situations.
Is your media preference film or digital? Digital. Although I got my start in film, and it will always hold a special place in my heart, using digital allows me to shoot an unlimited number of images on your wedding day.
How many photographers do you work with? Every wedding will be shot by myself and my associate photographer. Her background and education in photojournalism is a fantastic compliment to my editorial fashion style.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Absolutely. You will never book my services and have another photographer show up at your wedding.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? No. I only book a limited number of events each year, and I will never double book a day, or weekend of your event. I allow myself plenty of time to feel creative, edit and give your wedding the attention it deserves!
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? In the catastrophic event that I would not be available, you would receive a refund of the balance of your event, and my associate photographer will still come to your event during the booked time.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Camera and backup camera, multiple lenses and lighting equipment, tripods, CF Cards, multiple extra batteries and much more! However, my equipment is small enough to be carried around in a small bag that I keep on me, and I stay relatively discreet through your event.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes, absolutely.
Do you charge hourly or full day? I have collections that are based on both.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? What's a break?
Do you charge for travel? Yes, there is a small travel charge for events outside of the Central Florida area that would require overnight stay. Destination Wedding Collections include the travel (in most cases) in the collection price.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? The proofs are available online within 2 weeks following the event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? Digital proofs delivered through an online system.
How long can the client keep the proofs? The images stay online for 60 days.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Yes.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Yes.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes, for 60 days following the event.
What kind of albums do you offer? I have a variety of albums that I offer, however my 3 favorites are Storybook Albums, Couture Albums and Finao Albums.
When will the client get the final album? The final album will arrive about 8-10 weeks after final design approval.
