Do you have liability insurance?

I do a lot of black and white, partial toning and can offer selective coloring as needed.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I have shot in a number of various lighting conditions and bring equipment to help compensate for low light situations.
Is your media preference film or digital?

How many photographers do you work with?
I have several second shooter options but I am the owner and only main shooter.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Sure do.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Because weddings are day long events I never book more than one in a day. I will however book one on Saturday and one on Sunday.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I am a part of a network of excellent photographers in case of emergency.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Several camera bodies, many lens options, and lighting.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Half and Full Day packages are available
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
No, I do not charge by the hour I am available for the whole day only.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I do ask that you feed me at dinner time. I have my camera by my side at every moment in case something exciting happens.
Do you charge for travel?
A small fee if it is out of new england and destination packages are different
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
I put a best of on the web in 3 days, I have the whole set available in 2 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online
How long can the client keep the proofs?
When they receive them on CD they can have them forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, High Resolution Digital Negatives to the bride.
Will images be available for viewing online?

When will the client get the final album?
proofing the album within 6 months and the final album aprox. 1 to 1.5 years from wedding date
