Our seamstress brings to Kathryns Bridal over twenty-five years of bridal alteration expertise. Our goal at Kathryns is to insure that each customer receives personal attention and has an enjoyable and memorable experience. Our professional and friendly staff is here to meet your every need. Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work? Appointments are highly suggested. We have limited fitting rooms and we want you to have the best experience with a consultant.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress? We generally like to have 10 months. It certainly can take less time if you don't have that long. Most designers have rushes available.
Do you carry new or once worn gowns? We only carry new merchandise here at Kathryn's
How often do you receive new dresses? We are always receiving new gowns!
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind? We stand behind all of our designers and fully guarantee the products we sell.
Do you have a seamstress onsite? We have four professionally trained seamstresses here at Kathryn's. All work is guaranteed.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell? Wedding and shower invitations as well as other paper products a bride may need. For example, thank you notes, wedding programs, place cards just to name a few.
