Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work? We would like you to plan on spending approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours with us. If you can, we suggest making a Bridal Appointment so that we can reserve a room for you. However walk-ins are taken as long as we have a room available.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress? We have many dresses you can purchase off the rack for those girls who don't have time to order a gown and we also carry gowns that can be ordered. The typical ordering time for a wedding gown is 3-4months, however, most companies will do a "Rush" on your gown for an additional fee.
How often do you receive new dresses? We receive new gowns weekly.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind? We will always do our very best to make sure everything for your wedding is a perfect as we can possibly make it.
Do you have a seamstress onsite? We do have a seamstress, that is happy to meet with you in our store at your convienence.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell? We sell all the accessories you will possibly need for your wedding day. We also carry Bridesmaid gowns, Flower girl dresses, Temple dresses, Blessing & Baptism dresses, Prom gowns and Mother's/Social Occasion gowns.
