All boxes are handmade in a fair-trade company from long grass, and are recyclable and biodegradable. Now available in Whole Foods Markets throughout Chicago, the truffles pair well with wine, champagne, or are delicious on their own for a small indulgence or dessert. Honey-caramels are made with organic agave nectar, local wildflower honey, and fleur de sel. They can be found in high-end coffee shops and markets throughout the city.
