Description:
KC Photobooth was the first authentic photobooth company in Kansas City. We purchased our first photobooth while planning my daughter's wedding in 2007 and have added eight other photobooths because of the popularity and demand for quality photobooths for wedding receptions, as well as other gala events.
We will deliver your photobooth hours prior to your wedding reception to ensure the photobooth is working properly. We also will have the onsite coordinators arrive 1 hour prior to the first picture being taken so they can test the photobooth one last time. This hour gives them the opportunity to prepare your plastic sleeves and other supplies that may be required.
We have 2 packages appropriate for a wedding, Gold and Platinum. All packages include a 4 hour rental with 2 onsite coordinators and unlimited photostrips during your wedding reception. We also provide the plastic sleeve service for all packages which provides a plastic sleeve for each guest copy of the photostrip with a ribbon that matches your wedding. The plastic sleeve is sealed with a Thank You sticker. If you would like to customize the fourth frame of each photostrip, we have several designs to choose from or you can provide a graphic and we can adapt it to fit on the photostrip. Finally, we have a couple of options to personalize your photobooth for the wedding reception. We invite you to come to our office to take pictures so that we can create a large photostrip (10 x 40 ). This is composed of 4 frames that you choose from the photostrips you take. The large photostrip is included in all packages also. We have just introduced a Canvas print option that you can choose instead of the large photostrip.
The Gold Package includes a choice of a photo guestbook that we assemble at the wedding reception, or a CD Archive that we will mail to you the week after the wedding reception. This package is $1495.00.
The Platinum Package includes both the photo guestbook and the CD Archive, and in addition you can choose from a large selection of customized stickers to seal the plastic sleeves for your wedding reception. You may also submit artwork for this design. This package is $1595.00.
We request a $100.00 Save the Date deposit to reserve your date and then the remainder of a 50% deposit within 30 days of Saving Your Date. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to the wedding.
Sometimes we do offer a discount, e.g., at Bridal Shows, or for our Military. Let us know more details about your wedding reception to determine if any discount could apply.
We encourage everyone to schedule an appointment to evaluate the quality and speed of our authentic photobooth. We were the first authentic photobooth company in Kansas City, but a lot of photobooth companies have popped up, most of whom use the pipe and drape type construction. It is important to see and try out photobooths to make sure that you will receive exactly what you are expecting for your very special day.
