JumpStart has traveled throughout California and Nevada performing for top corporate events, weddings, nightclubs and parties. With their high-energy and dynamic shows, JumpStart specializes in accurate performances and flawless renditions of the best party/rock/wedding dance songs of the 70s, 80s, 90's and beyond and cover a wide range of music from Journey to Billy Idol to Michael Jackson to AC/DC to Lady Gaga, Pink and beyond. Their top musicianship and showmanship result in a six-piece band that utilizes a wide range of vocalists and instrumentation to create a sound that is full, complete and totally rockin'! And everything you hear is played 100% live by the musicians on stageno recordings or backing tracks are used!
Why do you need to JumpStart Your Party? Well, if all you want to do is dance, then you can hire a DJ. If all you want to do is get up on stage, you can rent a karaoke machine or play Guitar Hero . If all you want to do is see a great stage performance, it might be best to simply play a Live-In-Concert DVD, But if you want to do ALL of those things, then you need JumpStart to JumpStart Your Party or Wedding Reception.

For weddings and corporate events we wear Black Suits. Always whatever the client requests.
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?
The client is welcome to come preview us at any of our public live performances. We have a demo DVD.
Are you willing to learn songs that you do not currently know?
Yes
How much time do you usually need for setup?
2 - 3hours.
How much space do you usually require?
Minimum area of 20ft. wide by 12ft. deep.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
Yes. If requested.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
We have a $25,000 PA as well as a full lighting system and fog machine.
Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?
Yes we can and do that on a regular basis. We have our own written wedding planner which insures a smooth flow to any event.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
Get them involved with the band by having them up on stage with us and also we have props such as blow up guitars etc. We would also start a dance contest to get people on the floor.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We usually eat 'wedding party provided meals' at the same time the guests eat.
Do you play recorded music during your break?
Yes. We play Ipod music through our PA system on breaks. Iterval music can also be provide by client if desired.
If one or more of the band members is unable to attend, what is your backup plan?
We have backup musicians.
What is your overtime rate?
$100 each 1/2 hour
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Yes. Depends on travel distance. Motel rooms are required by band on travel over 3 hours.
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
