Our indoor space (capacity of 45) features a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and window views of the grounds. The outdoor property includes a freshwater pond, a garden-lined brook, an evergreen maze and several lawns which can accommodate events of varying size and atmosphere.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We base site fees on the types and lengths of time certain aspects of our property will be used.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We do have access to LED wax candles which can be placed on the beams of the dining room for a warm, illuminated overhead feature.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
The size of the function will dictate whether our supply of items will suffice. Larger numbers will require rental of items through one of our vendor partners.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, we do not. However, we have relationships with many local vendors who have experience with events held on our property.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No, Vermont law requires that we purchase all liquor to be consumed.

Indoor events can be accommodated using our public restroom facilities. Outdoor, larger events will require rental of portable facilities.
