We believe by working together in a collaborative way, you are assured unique artistic wedding photographs. Services are provided for local and destination weddings as well. We have worked in Chicago, surrounding suburbs, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, and the Caribbean. What do your packages include? Albums, Custom Graphic Design, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Matted Prints, Prints, Proof CD of All Images, Thank You Cards, Video Montage
Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? Depending on the services the client requires we provide varying levels of creative retouching of images.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? Yes - Lighting can be a vary complicated subject, but we take extra precautions to make sure your photo's turn out great.
Is your media preference film or digital? Prefer Digital over Film allows for additional creativity with limited additional expense.
How many photographers do you work with? When Photographing a wedding we can have one to three photographers to capture your event from multiple angles
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? If we are booked we will be there. We are always early. We like to survey the venue prior to getting started and check lighting conditions and color balances to insure outstanding images.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? Never more then one event per day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? When Photographing a wedding we have back up photographers on call just in case there is an unforeseen issue.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Nikon is my camera of choice. I bring up to 4 camera's, Multiple flashes, various Lens, Laptop, and if required studio lights, backdrops,
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? With multiple cameras and lenses we are assured to get the images you're looking for.
Do you charge hourly or full day? All of our services our custom designed to meet your needs. We use a hybrid approach to meet your needs and budget requirements.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? Additional hours can be negotiated.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? We do not take breaks during your event, how ever we do require meals be provided during your reception. We typically on the side of the room not with your guests. during this time we are downloading photos from the beginning of the day and getting ready for the balance of your event.
Do you charge for travel? As long as it is within 25 miles of Downers Grove
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Typically with in a week
In what format are the initial proofs offered? Proofs are provided in a password protected online photo gallery
How long can the client keep the proofs? Proofs are posted online for 3 mo.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Yes, but we provide a copyright release for those who wish to have a high-Res CD for personal printing.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Yes, this is an available option
Will images be available for viewing online? Proofs are provided in a password protected online photo gallery
What kind of albums do you offer? We strive to have albums that meet a variety of Budgets. We have 4 different outlets for varying types and quality of albums.
When will the client get the final album? Usually 30-45 days after the final approval of the proofs.
