What items are available for rental? Chair Covers, Chairs, Linens
Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services? Breakdown, Delivery, Setup
Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps? I'm sorry but we don't carry these item but work with other local companies that do and we would be happy to refer you to them.
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items? We invite everyone to our home to show them the items they dream of seeing for their wedding. We also go and meet you at your reception site to create the look inside the walls of your venue.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items? I suggest to reserve at least 6months out to assure that your rental items are set aside for your special day. We ask for a estimated count and reserve that amount. If your count goes down now worries we will adjust to that count and if it goes up well will be happy to fill the higher number.
Can the order be modified close to the event date? The week of your final count is due and the number of chair covers can be adjusted at that time. Color changes are accommodated when possible but subject to availability
What if I need to cancel my order? If you cancel your event we do keep the deposit!
What are your hours of delivery? We check with your wedding coordinator to see when they are ready for us to come and do our magic for your event. Your coordinator will also tell us when they would like us to return to retrieve the covers. We are a no worry company!
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery? Our Minimum order is 50 or more chair covers!
What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items? I Do Chair Covers can get out 99% of the stains, spills that your guest might happen to leave behind. I tell everyone that WAX is our enemy and that will not come out of any fabric! Use the battery operated tea lights.
