Songs selections may be discussed and chosen in person with Heidi Joy at your Complimentary Music Planning Meeting. Or if time and location is a consideration, the planning may be completed via email or phone. Brides are often pleased to see how easy it is to choose the music suitable for their wedding. Once the music has been selected, Heidi Joy will follow up with the musicians so that you may focus on the many other aspects of your event. What ceremony music arrangements can you provide?
Acapella, Instrumental - Duo, Soloist / Vocalist
What instruments does your group play?
Cello, Flute, Guitar, Harp, Organ, Piano, Trumpet, Viola, Violin
What is your usual attire?
Orchestra black, unless otherwise requested. For beach or Country Club weddings, the Couple often prefers a muted color that will fit in with their surroundings.
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?
Yes. Many song segments are available on my websites: HeidiJoy.com and HeidiJoyWeddings.com
How much time do you usually need for setup?
Setup takes less than 5 minutes, and I arrive one hour prior to your ceremony to rehearse with the musicians and follow up with the Officiant.
How much space do you usually require?
Little space is required. Only what is needed for myself and the accompanist.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Travel expenses are included in my fee.
