We are commited to having all of your wedding images (edited of course) back to you within a week. In most cases, we'll have your wedding images ready the Tuesday following your wedding. Do you have liability insurance? Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? Our studio offers a wide variety of different coloring options that are performed post production. From over 10 different variations of black and white to aged and emphasized colors, we can do some really cool coloring effects to your photographs. We are open to your requests as well - so if you see something you like, just let us know.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? Yes, we have the expertise and equipment to handle the most challenging lighting situations, from bright direct sunlight (more common in outdoor weddings) to extremely low light (such as night time receptions).

Is your media preference film or digital? We photograph in digital.

How many photographers do you work with? HR Northwest Photography - you get ownership representation at your wedding. Either both Heather and Ryan will photograph your wedding, or either of us with the help of a second shooter (with over 100+ wedding experience). We currently have four second shooters we work with.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? We guarantee you will have ownership representation at your wedding for our Monte Carlo and above wedding packages.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? We only book one event per day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes, we have backup photographers, in case we are not able to make your wedding. But don't worry - this has happened 0 times since 2004.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? We use Canon professional series of camera's (the new 5D Mark III and 5D Mark II Backups) and lenses (we use all L series lenses) as well as professional lighting.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes, we have like back up equipment, which means our backup equipment is the same as our regular equipment.

Do you charge hourly or full day? Our wedding packages are priced at full wedding & reception coverage.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? Yes, we charge an additional $175 if your requested coverage falls outside what is included in our package.

Do you charge for travel? Travel is included in our Premium packages (Venetian, Bellagio and Wynn). We assess an actual travel cost for weddings outside a 100 mile range from Seattle.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? We guarantee to have your wedding images online within 7 business days after your wedding (3 business days for our Premium packages (Venetian, Bellagio and Wynn). We'll also have a blog online on the day after your wedding.

In what format are the initial proofs offered? Proofs are provided online and by photo DVD in JPEG format.

How long can the client keep the proofs? Forever.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Ye

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Yes
