Do you offer custom design other than selecting the stone and setting separately? Yes we have five jewelers in-store . We have a Master Jeweler to create your custom designed jewelry.
Do you carry customary wedding jewelry such as Claddaghs or Kundan necklaces? Yes we do and we can also order or make anything custom.
Do you offer ring sizing in-house? If yes, how long will an average custom order take, from initial contact to delivery? Yes we do offer ring sizing in-house. Custom Orders can be anywhere from 4-8wks. Special Orders can be anywhere from 10days- 6wks.
Do you offer stone upgrades if the client purchases their original stone with you? Yes we have a 100% upgrade policy when you purchase your diamond from us. We also take Diamond and Gold jewelry on trade towards your new jewelry purchase.
Do you offer a payment plan? Yes we have a layaway plan as well as we have financing through Wells Fargo & G.E. credit.
