Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Describe your DJ style: Playing all genres. Fun and Professional, I enjoy seeing people dance and have a great time. I have experience in blending music for smooth mixes.
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested? No. I DJ for you, Request all you like.
What is your usual attire? Black professional unless requested otherwise. I like to dress appropriate to the event.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it? If it is available for purchase anywhere, then I will get it.
How many other DJs do you work with? I have 2 other DJs.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for? 4 hours
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking? Yes.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events? Yes. Mediterranean, Arabic, Latin, Greek, and Indian.
Can the client submit a do-not-play list? Yes.
Do you bring your own equipment? Yes.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? Yes. We have a wide variety of upgrades you can add to a DJ package. Some are up-lighting, Monograms, Pipe and Drape, Linens and Much more..
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on? It would depend on the size of the package. It takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Depending on services selected.
Do you have any extra space requirements? On an average setup, I just need a 6-8 sq ft area.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events? Not unless it's a promo showcase. Never for hired events.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs? Yes, if requested.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing? Yes, I like full dance floors.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Just a 5 minute break without music interruption, and it is not necessary to provide a meal.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks? Yes. I keep the music rolling.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? I provide another well qualified DJ, and make sure any information the a client provided will be reviewed over, and the client would know if such an emergency arrives.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? No. I give my full attention that day to the event booked that day.
What is your overtime rate? $75 each additional half hour.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? Not in the Tampa Bay area. If the event is outside of the Tampa Bay area, the charged would be adjusted accordingly.
What is the required deposit to secure your services? 35% of total agreement.
