FORUM allows clients to use the licensed caterer of their choice, giving them flexibility to fit their budget. We want every detail of your event to be customized by you. How does your venue determine the cost of the space? $1,000.00 + $4 per guest This covers all setup and teardown, six hours of event time, four hours of decorating, exclusive use of space on day of, two event staff.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? We often order and coordinate linens for our brides. We can order additional items if necessary.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio? We provide two staff for the event, we require catering provide 3 staff per 100 guests.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? On catering only. We have an approved catering list. If you desire a caterer outside of this list, then there is $250 fee and they must be pre-approved and FULL-SERVICE.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? Use of our bridal suite and man cave prior to the event.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired? No, it must be catered in.
How many power outlets does the venue have? Plenty.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations? No permanent damage, candles, fire, etc. cannot be suspended from the ceiling. No alterations can be made to the space.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time? Not for wedding events.
Do you offer security, if requested? Yes. $40/hour per security.
Can you provide a coat check? We have a coat room, but our staff does not provide coat check. We can, however, make referrals for this service.
Describe your bathroom facilities: Modern, beautiful and clean! All you need in a bathroom.
Describe your parking facilities: Plenty of FREE parking for all of your guests.
