Using local, farm fresh ingredients, baker and designer Sally Ann McGrath will create a stunning and scrumptious cake that reflects your personal style, wows your guests, and has them lining up for more! Sally Anns design specialty is creating delicately lifelike sugar flowers, often surprising guests who believe them to be real (see sugar orchids pictured here).

Sally Ann offers private, complimentary tastings and consultations at her kitchen in Petaluma; if time or distance is a difficulty for you, Sally Ann will gladly meet with you, either in your home, or at a mutually convenient location.

Tastings are arranged by appointment only.

We price our cakes by the slice, starting at $7.00; your price is determined by the complexity of your cake design.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
Each one of our cakes is custom designed; you can browse our portfolio for ideas, or bring pictures of your own as a starting point.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We use only fresh, natural ingredients such as farm fresh Sonoma butter, free range eggs, and seasonal fruit, organic and locally sourced whenever possible. No artificial colors or flavorings are used in our cakes or fillings.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Your cake will be baked and decorated in a two to three day process immediately before your wedding.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
In general, we limit our orders to two cakes per day; however, depending on the size of the order, and time and location of delivery, we can sometimes accommodate more.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
We will gladly work with your florist; we offer arrangement and placement of fresh flowers on your cake as part of our set up service.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
We have a varied selection of beautiful cake stands, modern and vintage, available for rental.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
We deliver all our wedding cakes and set them up on site. Delivery fees are calculated on distance and time required.
