Description: Customer service: We run our business at a high customer service level. You are always welcome to call and talk to our specialists with any questions or concerns at any time. We work with wedding and special occasion garments only. So you and your garments are our only priority. Alterations Dept: We don't just sew or alter a garment, we know fashion so we fit and or redesign with your vision in mind, we pride ourselfs in giving you the best results possible. Steaming Dept: We use only equipment that is safe for your garments steaming care. Running on dry steam, they are designed for those silk and taffeta garments that can not have wet steamers touch them No water spots. Our irons are not heated electrically No melting of beading, or fragile fabrics such as tulle. We package each gown carefully with a cardboard bust form and tissue to keep its shape. We do not fold the train. We put it in a long, train-length bag. (We return your original bag as well) Cleaning Dept: For polyester fabrics we us a wet wash procedure. No chemical smell or damaged, melting bead work. No washers or dryers. They get hand cleaned in a separate container and hung to air dry. However, for silk gowns, they are dry cleaned through a company that specializes in Wedding gown cleaning and preservation Only. Preservation Dept: We clean your gown with the same procedures as in the cleaning department then package it, using acid free paper, in a windowed preservation box. We will even pick up your gown after your wedding, preserve it and ship it to your home.
