We source the freshest ingredients possible from our own Gibbet Hill Farm to bring the most vibrant flavors to the plate. We also work with many area food purveyors and other local farms to provide you with the very best in local, seasonal, sustainable cuisine.
In addition to using quality ingredients, we believe well-balanced menus and elegant presentation all combine to make the cuisine at your event spectacular.
