Fine Gastronomy offers a variety of catered culinary delights featuring exotic foreign tastes. Inspired by the world-famous Brazilian culinary tradition, our food offerings combine French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese elements along with Brazilian spices and flavors to create unique meals. Extensive research is done for each event, and clients are invited to offer suggestions and discuss the organization of the event. Our goals are to make each meal an amazing experience for host and guests alike and to create a truly exclusive party.
Ana Luiza Godoy, a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, opened (along with a business partner) several cafııs and small bistros in downtown Rio. In 2000, the partners were joined by the French chef Claude Lapeyre and opened a bistro in the Casa Franııa-Brasil that was rated by Veja Rio magazine as one of the best bistros in Rio in 2002. In 2004 Ana Luiza and her family relocated to the Washington, DC area and soon after she started Fine Gastonomy. Among her clients are many embassies, cultural and military attachııs, and other international community individuals and organizations.
