Description: EuroAndy Events has years of experience in the wedding industry and has entertained crowds of hundreds of guests and made sure that their pleasure and enjoyment was a priority during the event. We make sure that every part of your ceremony or reception goes as planned; from the songs and timing of the bridal party entering the ceremony to the introductions at the reception site. We have both a male and female DJ with years of experience in weddings and special events available. During the ceremony we will provide and play the following: Background music while guests are being seated Entrance music for the mothers Entrance music for the wedding party Entrance music for the bride Unity candle lighting music (if applicable) Recessional music Any additional specialty songs (if applicable) During the reception, we will provide music as well as emcee the following: Introductions (parents, wedding party, bride and groom, etc.) Announce Special Dances Give directions to guests regarding food and events taking place Announce cake cutting & toast Announce last dance & exit Interact with guests during dancing and festivities We will work closely with your wedding coordinator and staff at the facility to make sure that everything is taking place according to plan and in a timely manner. Your event does not have to be a wedding or take place at a formal location. We will be glad to provide entertainment for your event no matter what the occasion. We will work with you to make sure that everything takes place according to your wishes. Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Describe your DJ style: Moderate to outgoing personality that keeps your guests dancing while still taking care of all the formalities of a wedding without becoming obnoxious
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested? No, as long as we have some reasonable advance notice, we can generally acquire most readily available music that is not already in our library
What is your usual attire? Black tie, such as a tuxedo or a suit, unless otherwise specified
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it? Only if it is something that is hard to find or foreign.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for? Most of our packages begin at 4 hours, however, if your event will take less time than that, we will gladly offer you a free quote for the length of time you request
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking? Yes, we can always arrange a meeting to help you plan your wedding and give you any input that you may ask for and also answer any questions you may have
Can the client submit a do-not-play list? Absolutely. We do not want anything to happen that may upset someone or bring up any unpleasant memories. We generally encourage it.
Do you bring your own equipment? Of course, everything from speakers, microphone, lights, and more.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? Dancefloor lights are already included with every package, however we do offer uplighting to add to the atmosphere of your wedding.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on? We generally arrive one hour prior to the start of the event. A 6 foot table and a power outlet are required so that we can properly set up.
Do you have any extra space requirements? No, just enough room to move around the table
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events? No, we do not have a sign or banner that we use. We do have our logo on our computer, but that is the only thing.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs? We do make all proper announcements, from introductions to dance announcements, as well as other general directions pertaining to food, cake cutting, toast, bouquet and garter toss, etc.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing? We have a number of group dances that we will lead the guests into, showing them how to dance right on the dancefloor so they can follow along.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? We do not generally take breaks. We are there for you for the duration of the event. We do not require a meal, however it is appreciated if offered. During the meal we will make sure that music is always playing and that we are not gone for a lengthy amount of time. Most of the time, we will eat behind the DJ table for convenience.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Depending on when the event takes place, we may. If there is a chance of 2 events overlapping, then we will not book both events.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? Generally travel expenses occur when lengthy traveling is required. When we give you a quote, we wil advise you if there are any travel expenses for your event.
What is the required deposit to secure your services? Generally a $200 deposit is all that is required to guarantee us for your wedding day. The balance can be be paid in increments up to the wedding day or on or before the wedding date.
