Packages
Initial Consultation: 1 hour phone consultation with a trained and experienced bridal consultant who can offer you assistance in getting started with your wedding plans and to determine the level of assistance you will need during the entire wedding planning process.
The As Needed Wedding Package:
Many brides and grooms need a little help along the way. We can provide assistance in any area that you need on an hourly basis. We will meet with couple as needed to gather key information as it pertains to their wedding ceremony and reception.
We can offer you assistance in getting started with your wedding planning process (including budget considerations, vendor selection, and common pitfalls to watch out or, as well as how to save money). Make your wedding unlike any other, unique to the two of you!
Ceremony:
Basic services for the ceremony only would include a 2-hour rehearsal and approximately 4 hours of ceremony time. This would include instructions for ushers, seating of your families, placement of your attendants, and timing of music and entry clues. A Coordinator will be present at your wedding rehearsal and on your wedding day, making sure that everything goes according to plan, taking care of emergencies, overseeing events and itinerary, making sure you do not go overtime, keeping the wedding day events flowing without being rushed
Reception:
Basic services for the reception are for 6-8 hours of reception time. This would include instructions for caterers, servers, musicians, photographer and other vendors involved with your reception, Ensure everything is set up and in place. Announce the bridal party, bride and groom. Coordinate first dance, bouquet and garter toss, cutting of the cake and other activities.
The Getting Started Wedding Package:
This package is designed for the bride who wants to do most of her own planning, but needs assistance along the way in carrying out the overall plan and needs someone to take care of the time-consuming details. If you want to plan your own wedding and just need a little head start this package is for you. Includes creative wedding tips and ideas, budgeting, site and vendor referrals and a wedding planner.
The Day to Remember Wedding Package:
Includes coordinating the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We will assist you in matters of protocol and develop a wedding day timeline, review contracts, and follow-through with all vendors scheduling and layout details to achieve the
ultimate wedding day.
The Dream Come True Wedding Package:
Includes coordinating the entire wedding from engagement to honeymoon. Assist with wedding theme, budgeting, site locations, vendor referrals, wedding party responsibilities, room layouts, reminder lists and a whole lot more.
